Studio Policies

Terms of membership for group classes:

1. Mindful Movement requires 30 days notice to cancel a membership

2. Mindful Movement requires 24 hours minimum notice for any cancellations. ALL cancellations outside of this time will be marked as a late cancel charge and charged in full.

3. If you miss a class, and have given the required 24 hours notice, make up classes must be done within the 28 day billing cycle.

4. All class cancellations and changes are done by the client through Punchpass.
   Please note, It is not sufficient to tell your instructor verbally that you are going to miss a class. If you are unsure as to how to cancel online, please ask. Failure to do so may result in a late cancel charge.

5. Memberships can be paused for holidays and or medical leave without charges. This is for absences that extend beyond 1 week. For absences of one week or less, it’s up to the client to find a make up class. Extended absences for any reason beyond 4 weeks will mean giving up your standing reservation(s).

   Requirements for a membership pause:

   • Cancel your away days online

   • 14 days notice by email to info@mindfulmovement.ca

6. Make up classes are based on availability and not guaranteed

7. A make up class is a class that is not your scheduled standing reservation (s) and must be used on a different day.

8. Standing reservations are reserved for members. If you prefer to purchase a drop in pass, this will not be linked to a standing reservation and classes will be based on space availability.

9. If any of your classes fall on a statutory holiday (we are closed on all stats), you will need to make that class up.

Cancelation Policies for all Memberships, Privates and Drop in Passes:

• All Cancellations require 24 hours notice. More noticed is appreciated when possible. All cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

• Clients are responsible for canceling any classes they are going to miss through the online calendar system. Please note, It is not sufficient to tell your instructor verbally that you are going to miss a class. If you are unsure as to how to do this, please ask. Failure to do so may result in a late cancel charge.

All passes and memberships are non-transferable and non refundable
